Everyone in our team speaks pretty well doing presentations. We project our voice to the back of the room and try not to read off of our slides. Maintaining eye contact with our audience will become easier as we practice more and memorize our parts. There is no clear best or worst speaker in our team because all of us work on improving our speaking skills and sounding more confident each time we present.
We need to practice our parts before our presentation or else we won’t ever get comfortable talking about our slides. We have to continue learning more about how exactly the artificial intelligence in our app will work. Communication between team members is easy because we get along well and enjoy each other’s company. I think that our presentation will improve greatly if we practice our separate parts and also practice together. That way, we will be able to better the flow of our presentation, and the transition between people’s parts will be smoother. I think we are able to hold the audience’s attention, but people are always more focused on finding things to write about for when they have to give us feedback.
The feedback we get on GoSoapBox can become repetitive and are not very helpful most of the times. This is because many people are only writing comments for the grade instead of to help us get better. I think that feedback I give is pretty helpful and is really specific to what groups have presented.
We have worked very hard on our project. I think that as of right now we stand in the middle of the class. Our app design is one of the highlights because we have spent more time developing that. I think our project will become stronger when figure out exactly how the science will work and are able to explain it to others.
Although our group’s presentations could use a little improvement, I still think we are all pretty strong speakers. We don’t really have a strongest/weakest speaker, since we all know what we’re doing. To improve our presentations, we should practice more and try to memorize what we’re saying, instead of reading off the screen.
I definitely think it’s necessary to practice beforehand, but I feel that our group isn’t very motivated to do that. We need to research more on the science of our product, since we didn’t have much information to share the last time we presented. We also communicate pretty well; I make sure everyone knows what they’re saying before we present. I think we could also use more work in holding everyone’s attention, but it’s hard to tell if we have an audience since everyone is always looking at their computer screen. I really would like to improve on projecting and making more eye contact.
Most people are constantly giving us the same feedback, and the feedback that they give us is also very vague. I think our group needs to clarify what our product is really doing, since a lot of the comments we receive are questioning our product. I think that my feedback to other groups are pretty helpful, since I remind them to make more eye contact and to project more. It’s harder to give constructive feedback on the groups that did well, since there isn’t much more to add.
I think our group is probably at the middle of the bunch. We don’t stand out from other groups but we aren’t the worst either. I think the judges will like our app design, but we just need to add more to the science of our product and make our presentation look more professional.
Our team is pretty good at speaking. We don't stumble across words very often and we know what we are saying. There aren't particularly good or bad speakers. I think we all speak on the same level.
I practice a little the day of the presentation by saying what I will approximately say when we go on. Our communication is pretty well because we are all agreeable. I mostly research on the science because that is something we don't really know of. It is hard to say if we hold anyone's attention because you can't really tell. I think we do need to improve on our presentation like our speaking and our eye contact. People have said about making more eye contact, so that is what need to improve on.
The responses from the GoSoapBox are pretty simple. People usually say the same things and some so it isn't really helpful. My comments that I give to other people are also pretty simple. The things that I say are pretty basic, but it can also be helpful if they choose to notice it.
I think we are in the middle of the bunch. We don't really stand out like some groups, but we are also not the worst. Our presentation is pretty good, but we do need to improve on some information like our science. We need to know more of our science, so we can actually know exactly what we are doing.
Our team is hardworking, supportive, and creative. We are able to work well together because we value each others opinions and trust each other. Everyone is eager to listen to new ideas and everyone gets to have a say when making decisions. Due to this, our interactions are always very friendly and we can get along easily.
A good leader is sincere, easy to talk to, and is open to trying new things. We do not have clear leadership on our team. Instead, we work best as equals. This makes it easier to share our thoughts freely. We do not need clear leadership because we are all focused and hardworking and do need someone to control what happens. Being equal allows everyone to feel responsible for their own part of the company.
There have not been any conflicts on our team so far. We can always find a compromise that everybody agrees with whenever there are different opinions. All of us try to work diligently, but we have to remind each other to stay on task when needed. Nobody should be fired because we are all putting in a lot of effort to make this company the best.
Friendship and trust are very important factors in a team. They allow us to work better together. We have different personalities and that is an advantage because it gives us a range of varying perspectives. Moving forward, I think it is important to stay motivated and keep doing our best to make our team successful.
So far, our team interactions are pretty good and we can all cooperate and work together pretty well. We’re still trying to figure out some features of our product, but overall, our team works well together and we’re all hard working. I would characterize our team as creative and interactive.
A good leader should be knowledged and have good communication skills with their co-workers. Our team doesn’t have anyone taking full control; everyone works as equals. Sometimes, an idea may be suggested and we go along with it, but other times we decide not to change anything. This shows that there isn’t full dictatorship in our company and that everyone can share their opinions.
We haven’t had any conflicts yet, but I believe that the most effective strategy of keeping everyone on task is to remind them to keep on doing what they were working on. Everyone needs reminders so it’s up to us to help remind them. Everyone in our team has made good progress in our company.
Our team is currently working pretty well together and we all have motivated personalities, meaning that we are all determined to work toward the same goal. We all have different personalities, but our team still stands strong. Trust is an important factor in our members’ personalities because we need to trust each other for doing important tasks and being responsible for the actions we do.
Our team has good interactions because we are very agreeable with each other, so we don’t have any arguments. I would describe our team as friendly and cooperative. We can think of ideas and work together to find a conclusion. We can always find a conclusion easily.
A good leader is someone that can communicate with everyone easily without a fight. They don’t just control, but they work with their co-workers together. We don’t have a clear leadership because we have a balanced system. Everyone would have their own part to contribute with the team. We allow people to say their own opinions and add their thoughts to improve our company.
Overall, we have not been through any conflicts because of our equal share in our team. The best way to keep everyone on task is to give everyone an equal share and allow them to add their own opinions. Everyone in our team has been working effectively making our company better than our competitors. They all make a positive contribution to the team, so no one should be fired.
We all have different personalities that makes our team strong. It allows our company to be stronger with different opinions including the opinions from our interviews. I think that our team is more likely to succeed with being friendly to each other instead of competitive, so then we can understand other people’s thoughts to make the company better. Having competition between us can lead to unneeded conflicts and make our team fall apart. To have our team keep progressing forward, we should always plan what we need to finish weekly.
