Our team has good interactions because we are very agreeable with each other, so we don’t have any arguments. I would describe our team as friendly and cooperative. We can think of ideas and work together to find a conclusion. We can always find a conclusion easily.
A good leader is someone that can communicate with everyone easily without a fight. They don’t just control, but they work with their co-workers together. We don’t have a clear leadership because we have a balanced system. Everyone would have their own part to contribute with the team. We allow people to say their own opinions and add their thoughts to improve our company.
Overall, we have not been through any conflicts because of our equal share in our team. The best way to keep everyone on task is to give everyone an equal share and allow them to add their own opinions. Everyone in our team has been working effectively making our company better than our competitors. They all make a positive contribution to the team, so no one should be fired.
We all have different personalities that makes our team strong. It allows our company to be stronger with different opinions including the opinions from our interviews. I think that our team is more likely to succeed with being friendly to each other instead of competitive, so then we can understand other people’s thoughts to make the company better. Having competition between us can lead to unneeded conflicts and make our team fall apart. To have our team keep progressing forward, we should always plan what we need to finish weekly.
